Where can I taste the cheese?

You are always welcome at one of our markets! We prefer to help you at our stall rather than 'online'. There we can tell you about the cheese, you can taste the cheese, and we can cut exactly what you want. This webshop is a 'solution'. But nothing beats a visit to the market.

How can I contact you?

You can contact us by email. Preferably in Dutch or English. We will translate e-mail messages in German as best as possible and respond in Dutch and German (Google Translate). You know that we speak limited Käse-German. But together we can always figure it out. We always try to answer your question within five working days.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

You can always contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. Unfortunately it is not possible to return the cheese. Cheese is a food and we must guarantee its freshness and quality. Cheese that you return is therefore unsellable to us. If something unexpectedly turns out to be wrong with your order, we will of course do everything we can to satisfy you. Please also read our information before ordering Terms & Conditions. If you still wish to return your order, or part of it, please use the Model withdrawal form.

Right of Withdrawal

Products you purchase through this online store have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
