Where can I taste your cheese?
You are always welcome at one of our markets! We would love to help you at our stall, rather than online. The market is the best place to tell you about our cheese, where you can taste our cheese, and where we can offer the exact amount of cheese you would like to have. This webshop is a ‘solution’. But nothing compares to visiting the market. Please visit us at one of our markets!
How can I get in contact?
You can reach us by Email. Preferably in Dutch or English. Email messages send in German will be translated and replied in English and German (using Google Translate). As you know we only speak a limited amount of ‘Käse-Deutsch’. But together we will always sort things out. We aim to reply your email at least within five working days.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
You can always contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. Naturally it is not possible to return cheeses. Cheese is a food and we have to guarantee freshness and quality. Cheese which will be send back is therefore unsaleable. When something is wrong with your order we will do our utmost best to satisfy you. Please read our Algemene Voorwaarden (Terms and Conditions) before placing your order. When you want to return (parts of) your order anyway, please make use of our Modelformulier voor herroeping (Form for Cancellation).
Right of withdrawal
Products that you purchase via this webshop only have a limited shelf life and therefore can not be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
